Georgian Lottery Company Contact Center Implementation
A Unified Communications solution based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager IP PBX and Cisco Unified Contact Center was implemented. The system includes approximately 100 phone users and a Contact Center with 7 agents. The IVR has been scripted for easy retrieval of the winning ticket information and lottery draw results as well as for customer support. A billing software by GREENNET software developers team and a voice recording solution was added for quality monitoring and agent training purposes. |

ProCreditBank Contact Center Installation
A contact center with 11 agents and Cisco Unified Communications Manager functioning as a Core IP-telephony solution were implemented for a network of 200 users. Additional systems analysis and hardening was done for the Contact Center agents to use the Cisco IP Communicator software IP phones installed at their desktops. |
